What we sell

We specialise in quality collectable animal figurines from a variety of manufacturers: Lomonosov from Russia, Hagen-Renaker from the USA, North Light @ Wade from the UK, Wagner & Apel from Germany, Scitalis from Astrakhan in Russia.

Most of our figurines are either china or porcelain, the exceptions being North Light @ Wade, which are made from ceramic resin with the addition of porcelain powder, to give beautifully detailed models.

Your buying experience

The most important part of our business is you, the customer.  We aim always to give the highest possible customer service and to make every transaction easy and enjoyable.  We want you to enjoy shopping with us, and we offer a friendly, professional service whether you're buying, browsing or simply asking a question about our beautiful animals.

Making a purchase

Once you have made a decision to buy, simply click on "Add to cart" and the item will be added to your basket.  When you are ready to purchase, click on "View cart" and you will be able to see all the items you have placed in your basket and will be guided through the checkout process.

Payment Methods

Payment to be made in pounds sterling (GBP), please.

UK Buyers
I prefer payment via PayPal, but also accept personal cheques or postal orders.

Non-UK Buyers
I only accept payment via PayPal from buyers outside the UK.

Items will be securely wrapped and posted as soon as payment has cleared.

Combining postage

If you're buying more than one item, postage will almost always be cheaper if they are combined into one package.  (The exception to this is if you're buying a particularly heavy item.)  To take advantage of the cheaper, combined postage, just drop us an e-mail (enquiries@jackiesattic.co.uk) and we'll work out the revised cost for you.

Packaging

Because our items are very fragile, we take the utmost care when packing them ready for posting.  We wrap them first in tissue paper and then in bubble wrap, then place them in a box surrounded by packing peanuts to try and ensure that, whatever happens en route, they will reach you in perfect condition.

Returns

If the worst happens and your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will either send you a replacement or a refund.

Money back guarantee

If, when you receive your item, you are not completely happy with it, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving it) to let us know.  Once we have received the item back from you, we will refund the cost of the item and the original postage and packing costs.
